Melative
Posted: October 25, 2009 Filed under: Uncategorized 6 Comments »is a total piece of shit.
It took me three minutes to add six entries, and every other anime title is in Japanese. Though I like anime, I do not like seeing a lot of stuff in a language that I do not understand plastered all across my screen.
I’ve also had it with people following me. What is up with that? I register, and half a second later, I get followed by five people. I already live on blogs, forums, and sometimes Twitter, so I don’t need another thing to steal my precious procrastination time.
Plus how the hell are you supposed to search up something like Dai Mahou Touge? Nobody calls it “Magical Witch Punie-chan,” and I can’t be arsed to go translate it. I don’t know how, anyway.
tl;dr stop following me, since I’m going back to stone-age MAL.
Technology is overrated
Dude, I just discovered Dai Mahou Touge too. I can’t even remember how I ended up watching the OP and some clips on youtube. It looks like Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan style so i def have to check it out. Flaming cities in the OP and the like Magical Tokarev kill them all? I’m sold.

Man, I like Melative, but it’s just too much work. Then again, I feel the same way about AniDB and MAL. Make some sort of video player implementation and I’m sold.
People were following you immediately, because:
1) People like you
2) There’s a ‘latest registered users’ page
The web interface is being redone by yours truly, the one you see is still the old one. Simplicity will be. But whatever. You don’t want to join, your decision, I don’t care, exactly as your post tag says.
MAH DURGIE!!! You gots a MALLY?!?! :3 :3 :3 x159!
Good! Then you can follow ME instead! =D
I feel the same about Melative as well at the moment. It feels like a waste of time to have to try to hard to work that website when it’s hardly more useful than the other places on the internet.
If it was easier to use I would probably enjoy it, but so far I don’t see any reason to spend my time trying to work it.
