Characters with the same name look alike

Well, sometimes.
Still, am I the only one who saw a Mio Sakamoto in K-ON!‘s Mio?
For some reason, I see a resemblance.
(Maybe it’s the chin/bottom half of the face)
And not to just end the post right there, here’s some more lookalikes.
AYUMU
They look the same… right? I’m right, RIGHT?
Damn you, Osaka!
Well anyway, that can be attributed to “Ayumu” being called Osaka for all of Azumanga Daioh and “Ayumu” being called Hamster and Nishizawa-san for all of Hayate no Gotoku!, so my theory still stands!

Comparisons
1. Mio to Mio
K-ON!’s mio is very shy when it comes to doing things in front of people or possibly being in a compromising situation
Pantsu Witches mio is very confident in herself, very direct, very straightforward. She knows what she’s doing in battle.
2. Hamster to Osaka
Hayate’s Hamster is more pervy and obssessed with hayate and also being the antogonist to nagi sanzenin
Azumanga Daioh’s Osaka is air headed, slightly retarded, easily fooled, no clue or preference about sex. opposites.
3. Yuki to Yuki
Haruhi’s Yuki is very quiet, authorative, nerdy but with a subtle but business like cuteness thats hard to see.
Fruit Basket’s yuki is very loud, especially when it comes to neko demon guy, also he is cute in looks, not in personality
4. Saki to Saki to Saki t—all hell these are all different, they arent anything alike in personality or looks for that matter.

Hmm… Chara designs? I agree on certain chara design attributes in terms of likeness. ^^

@jerseyse410: Heheh, I wasn’t going for matching personalities… though I think the Yukis have the same reserved personality in public anyway (Yuki Sohma can’t help it, you know?). Plus that white spot wasn’t my work of art – it was already there in the anime! :p
