My Sleep Routine


I’m not joking, it’s just like this.

This post is also known as “How I get by on 3-5 hours of sleep/night and still not fail hard.”

There are three secrets to my failure success:

  1. Green Tea
  2. Gum
  3. Candy

Indeed, I am the epitome of healthy eating and sleeping.
You could say that I am the very personification of nutrition.

1. Green Tea

I don’t drink that actual green tea stuff (ugh!), mind you.

It’s all SoBe and Arizona, baby!

2. Gum

I chew gum constantly.

I used to chew it to keep me awake, and somewhere along the line, I found myself chewing gum 24/7.

But hey, it’s “good for your teeth,” right?

3. Candy

This title is inaccurate.

It should be “POCKY (and other things)“.

Pocky is awesome.  Yup.

 

And if you follow these three easy steps, you’ll have no life either!

Woo hoo…

This would be a cathartic moment, but I’m too busy chewing gum.
