The fail here is as big as a tissue box.
First, we have one really weirdly subbed line in the new OP (which is quite enjoyable, by the way – it’s Kuusou Rumba Rap).
Appraised. Hmn.
Is that really a good word to use instead of “Decided my worth?”
This way, it sounds a lot like he’s going to be sold.
It offsets the dark mood that the OP is supposed to give!

I’m not really sure what “collusion” is… brb.
Ah, okay. “Usually secretive agreement”
It’d be nice if the subbing contained less large-vocabulary words like “collusion” …
But that’s not the main point here.
It’s Kiri’s nose. What the hell?
True, I had to pause the anime to get the top screenshot, but…
The animation was so jerky that I could actually see the nose come out for half a second as she turned around. It actually felt like two or three frames for a whole turn… which is pretty bad, considering that the nose appears in frame #1 and disappears by frame #2 or 3. *shudder*
A very nasty picture of Chiri, if I do say so myself.
Yet on the whole, this episode had little fail and much win. I’ve waited quite a long time for the sub to come out, and I’ve not been disappointed.
And for the last time…
SAYONARA, ZETSUBOU SENSEI~!
I will undoubtedly miss this anime.
…I’m in despair!
