Ajisen Ramen, are you serious?

The first time I tasted their bowl of fail soup was a few months ago, when we bought some of their shaved ice to go, and they didn’t put in the condensed milk.
“Okay, what’s wrong with that?”
Well, disregarding the fact that their shaved ice tastes like… well, ice, when you don’t eat it with condensed milk… When we phoned the place, a guy said something along the lines of “Next time, I’ll add some extra condensed milk.”
Serious asshole, right there.
So the second time (a month ago?) we ate our food and, again, got some shaved ice to go.
Needless to say, there were globs of condensed milk, and it tasted awesome… until I tasted some of those little jelly bits. They were lonnnnng expired, and tasted like wine mixed with crap. Very, very nasty stuff.
So we called again, and they offered us a free shaved ice the next time.
So we got our free shaved ice today, and I ordered two onigiri to go, along with the rest of the food.
We got our food, the waitress ripped off the receipt attached to the bag (you know, most customers actually want that? >__>;), and we left after the person at the counter said that the order was complete.
At home, I opened up the box, and there it was… a lone rice ball!
So we called… again. Apparently, we didn’t have the receipt… and NEITHER DID THEY! GG.
It turns out that the waitress simply put down the wrong order, and we weren’t charged extra… but Jesus, either I’m just extraordinarily unlucky, or the people at that place have some weird grudge against me.
