It’s nothing. \u00a0I don’t have a battle plan.<\/p>\n

But what I do have is something kind of like an excuse for a battle plan…<\/p>\n

So this blog is dedicated to bashing bad anime (among other things), desho?<\/p>\n

Well, obviously, it’s hard to decide where to draw the line between bloggably bad and “holy shit, I need to stop watching this to save my eyes” bad.<\/p>\n

Looking at spring ’09<\/a>, I see quite a few shows that I wouldn’t watch even if you paid me to (Jewel Pets<\/em>, I’m looking at you!).<\/p>\n

So logically, a question arises:
\nWhich anime should I skip, and which should I blog<\/span> bash?<\/p>\n

This is my serious face.<\/p><\/div>\n

So I’ve come up with this idea (and I’m totally being 100% srs here – I even went out of my way to post a picture informing you of the degree of my srsness) to watch the first episode of every anime of the Spring 2009 season, for better or for worse.<\/p>\n

This way, I’ll be able to sort out the anime into…<\/p>\n

  • The good<\/li>\n
  • The bad<\/li>\n
  • The horrible<\/li>\n
  • The bloggable<\/li>\n
  • The “who-the-hell-would-want-to-watch-this”able<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Of course, there are some obvious flaws to this.<\/p>\n

    It’s blatantly disobeying “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” but that’s okay, because public opinion can draw me back to an anime (like it did after Lucky Star<\/em> 01 for me!).<\/p>\n

    It also makes me vulerable to attack from late failers (that’s the opposite of a late bloomer, mind you).
    \nFor example, a Shana-turned-Kurokami could hit me straight in the gut and OHKO me.
    \nHowever, there isn’t too big of a chance of that (I hope), so my eyes are safe (?).<\/p>\n

    Oh, and I ain’t watching no sequel that I’ve not seen the first season of (my english teacher would kill me for that horrible wording).<\/p>\n

    Obviously, this is because I’ll have no freaking idea what’s going on, and if I watch the previous seasons later, I’ll find them predictable.<\/p>\n

    So tl;dr:
